You get different types of LOST MC jackets, the last helmet is cool and wearing bandanas on your face is also cool, especially the last one with a skull smile drawn on it. I think I got it at lvl 5. I've heard ppl mention an AoD jacket but I've never seen any confirmation on that one. I got the game at launch and am only at level 2--wondering if it is worth it playing ranked games when I usually just putz around in free mode. No, you can however get those jackets that almost look like protection jackets that you wear when you're in a paintball match, The Uptown Ryders wear them sometimes...
