Lioshenka
How can I enable blur when going fast? At the moment if I get Infernus and zoom through Times square at high speed it all seems the same as driving Forklift. Do I have to enable motion blur manually? In SA it was enabled by default, and that confuses me. Does it even exist in GTA 4?
fuzzzywuzy
On the computer the default button is "P". It get's kind of annoying with it on though cause when standing still everything is still blurry, so I just leave it off.

Have you read my previous message? Is blur in GTA 4? Not in mods, not elsewhere - in GTA 4 when you go fast. Jeez, that's a hard question!

Sorry if you mentioned it, but I was busy finding my gun when reading your posts so I didn't read all of them. YES- Motion-blur is in the game. Why would R* leave it out? It's in the 360, for sure, and surely on the other platforms. Just play with the settings. Use your head.
OverTheBelow
No, motion blur isn't in the game by default unless you turn off 'definition' in the graphics settings or press 'P' ingame.
chngdman
The blur that does exist is the P blur. The blur in SA was a poor excuse for motion blur and was not really for motion blur, it was to cover up the LOD switching. And wasn't really motion blur. The P blur is better. Give it a try. I tend to use it everywhere except shootouts.

GTA 4 has that VC feel, when no matter whether you are on manana or infernus visually they have the same speed. I don't like P blur, it makes me feel even more shortsighted than I already am lol Case closed, thanks.
