game crashes after hitting START

well, i must admit that i was playing around with the PlayerSelector and BodyGuard mod, and i think i have died being as another character than Niko, it looks like the Autosave got replaced and now when i relaunched the game, after hitting start the game will crash

 

i have other game saves, but the first meny won't allow me to select / load the specific game save i had! that is totally retarded

 

does anyone have an idea how i can restore/ load a specific gamesave??
