That's great, but it is a pain going from game to game trying to find one with the right options..especially when it keeps sending you to the same game! And yes, auto aim on or off is one of those options. Once you choose those options they stay there saved unless you changed them! Yayyy! No more cops in Free Mode---EVER! It's there for a reason and I think you'll find a very large majority of GTA players prefer AA on. Unfortunatly not everyone is a mega-pro-world-beating-super-gamer-bad-ass like you are. Free mode filters make this addon well worth 15 quid alone. At last I can ALWAYS have free mode without being killed by 12 year olds who think freemode=deathmatch. redheat Posted February 22, 2009 Share Posted February 22, 2009 I found a work around. Go into Party Mode. Open up your phone. Find the Preferences Menu. You'll find the three settings in there, set them as you wish, then leave the game. Open a new lobby, as you would via Player Match -> Custom -> Freemode etc... You'll notice the police is now enabled, Autoaim is set how you want and so on according to what you set in the Party mode earlier. This looks like a bug... In my experience People who want auto aim off in multiplayer are the ones that prefere to hide in a car and shoot out of the car, That way they can have the advantage against you if your on foot and they are in a car. I thought this was solved from the Gta IV section. I like to play with Auto-aim off because you can run over people with your car, or else they'll use auto-aim and steal your Sultan RS you brought to the Airport . Auto-aim, FOR ME, is better in a game where everyone kills eachother or cops or on, or both. Auto-aim is best FOR ME, when I have a friend guarding my ass and we stock up on guns and kill anyone who comes at the airport. So we won't get shot by stupid auto-aim users. I'm not saying everyone who uses auto-aim is stupid, but generally, when thinking of it, auto-aim is used by people who can't shoot properly and scream in the mic "I JUST OWNZ U, DAWG! YOU GOT WACKED!!!". I just like to have a real challenge, with a real player and not some 9 year old sucking his moms tits. Auto-aim is hated by alot of players because we all use cars or bikes, right? We all get pissed when we get our rare car stolen, right? Especially when auto-aim is on, right? Right. I'm sorry if I offended anyone who uses Auto-aim, but this is how I see auto-aim users. I'm in no way better than them. I'm a better driver than anyone , but i'm pretty good at shooting. Not the best, though. I have my strenght and weakness like everyone. I like auto-aim games, but just for fun. You can't really go on a killing spree when auto-aim is on and respawn distance is "near". Anyway, hope this talk doesn't turn into a war of auto-aim is better on or off.
