rezzr Posted February 17, 2009 Share Posted February 17, 2009 The annihilators in TLAD have had an insane boost to firepower. They are available in deathmatch but not in freemode. Try them out in deathmatch and you'll see why they dropped them from the other mode. I can understand this change for the playlist Chopper Vs Chopper, but I wish they'd just kept the vanilla annihilator in TLAD. Instead they just removed them altogether. Enjoy the Mavericks. It is very cheap, I used it earlier on in a game to try it out, and it can take out a car in a couple of shots (and the rate of fire is the same as before). The players on the ground ended up either running under bridges or hiding in buildings and waiting the game out. "why in the world would they remove the Annihilators from Free Mode" With the new fire power, it would render freemode unplayable for people on the ground.
