Thought about the Sindacco's though, you should check out those skins. I'm sure I've seen that dude in one of those LS missions such as the Meat Factory or the Marco's Bistro one. Yes, he doesnt appear in single player... i've checked all the missions and every place that pedestrians respawn and no sight of it... But i think he could be used for a Easter Egg or be found in a secret place that is still unknown. I don't see Rockstar wasting time making a pedestrian and not giving a use for it... that would be a waste... Besides why make a ped that only appears in multiplayer, when rockstar didn't plan to make a Online game of GTASanandreas. Well if you guys want we could start a search for this guy! Hell, forget the exteriors, even the hidden interiors have been accessed. The game has been practically raped inside out by the modding community. I don't see Rockstar wasting time making a pedestrian and not giving a use for it...that would be a waste... There are a lot many other things in the game files that you won't find in the actual game. These things were supposed to be in the game and were there in the beta stage, but were locked away from the final release (a prime example of this is hot coffee). Besides why make a ped that only appears in multiplayer, when rockstar didn't plan to make a Online game of GTASanandreas. It's not that R* designed the ped to appear in multiplayer. Mind you, SA-MP is a modification and not the property of R*. It's probably just an unused skin from the game files that the SA-MP developers decided to use in their modification.
