whan i take the car i need to bring it to lock up..................but lock up was closed so i want to YOU TUBE and saw that my phone need to ring and i need to talk to VLAd and that LOCkup i open but whan i get in the car my phone is not ringing adn i can call Vlad...i dont know why i knock down that guy and take hes car like i saw on YOU TUBE but nothing. Can some one help me fix this problem PLZ becouse it is the only mission left.
