Is there a trainer that has a feature that freezes the mission timer in GTA IV for PC version 1.0.2.0 (patched version)?

 

I have a trainer that freezes the time of day, but does not freeze the mission timer at all.

 

I have searched the forums for something like this and maybe I missed it, but I did not see this in a trainer anywhere.
