Go past the stripper, up the stairs, go left and past the card table and it's the whole wall on the right. On the far end it does seems to track every Lost member who gets killed, even the generic ones. Apparently Buck, Earl and Hank (who I accidentally shot on his first outing) have passed on in my game.
