Flesh-n-Bone Posted February 17, 2009 Share Posted February 17, 2009 Hunter, helicopters, tear gas and all that stuff cannot be obtained in normal gameplay (only the Maverick helicopter...), all these videos and saves including them are just using third party programs like cheat device, and that's it.
