Ilovevicecity324
Ok, so there's this one jump in vice city that has been giving me some problems, it's like this jump where you have to jump off of these crates onto the roof of a building. I have a link to the picture right here. http://www.g-unleashed.com/files/GTA%20VC_jump09.jpg Everytime I do this jump, I just crash into the front of the building, does anybody know how to do this jump? GTA_goD_01
It is a little known fact that you can make your bike go faster by tapping the 'lean forward' key that you would use to do a stoppie. Also, just before you hit the wooden pallet, literally a split second before, hold your lean backward key (that you would use to do a wheelie). That should enable you to jump quite high and, if you're going fast enough, you will complete the Unique Jump! Obviously timing and angle are important. Good luck. flicko
You don't actually have to land on the roof to complete the jump. In-fact, if you'll look here, then you will realise that you would stand a far superior chance of making the jump without landing on the roof (the green blip is the area you have to jump through). It's important you get a sufficient amount of speed to make the jump. And the tips GTA_goD_01 has provided are pretty spot on. Provided you back up far enough, you will more than likely make the jump.
major underscore
Those are some good hints, especially the "lean forward" technique. If you want to have a look at a demonstration of how to complete this particular jump, check out this unique stunt jump video.
