kgrogfefji82 11
Jim from L&D Jim from GTA IV They look nothing like. That's cause Jim's models wasn't finished back then.. But it is Jim..
tljjjr99 0
Niko killed Jim guys - R* simply changed the character model for Jim perhaps to fit his personal character more. Victor Vance had some sort of Colombian accent in GTA: Vice City, but in GTA: Vice City Stories he had no more accent (Although some argue GTA:VC featured the other brother, not Vic). There are all sorts of plot errors/confusions in the GTA series. Poor Jim...
SaintJimmy 161
Jim from L&D Jim from GTA IV They look nothing like. That's because at the time of that mission, they didn't have character designs for TLaD out yet (Besides Johnny) so they used a generic biker model.
The 7th Number 2
Dont mean to bump old topics, but i wanted to talk about Jim. Maybe Rockstar purposely made Jim look different than the way he looks in TLAD. Reason, if anyone remembered that mission, you would know from the opening scene that he would end up dying. Then again, you can read his name in GTA IV i believe saying his name. But unless you paid attention to the internet or radio news broadcast you wouldnt remember. It would have been nice if Rockstar could patch Jims GTA IV model though. UltraGizmo64
ChrisMathers3501 208
Here's how I look at it - Jim's the biker with the long hair and beard - it's a disguise to cover some of his torture scars. He can't be the fat bald biker because that guy's in TLAD. And it's Niko who kills him, not the torture.
The Notorious MOB 747
Here's how I look at it - Jim's the biker with the long hair and beard - it's a disguise to cover some of his torture scars. I think Rockstar made the method of torture used a blowtorch to the face on purpose because they predicted somebody would just say "He loooks different because his face got burned off" I think it was kind of suggested so that people would accept this as the explaination for the inconsistency. sam33 1
It was a continuity error. Why can't you guys accept it.
VCRules86 47
Yeah people are looking way much into it, it is very simple to explain. At the Museum daimond deal Luis and the Ancelottis ambush and Lopez makes away with the Daimonds. Ray does not trust Johnny and tries to kill him, Johnny escapes and gives the cash to fat man and Jim to hold onto. Jim calls to meet at Ray's where Jim is being tortured. They escape and split up. Ray sends Niko to kill Jim and sends his own guns to cap Johnny. Unfortunately Jim winds up smeared all over the Liberty City subway tracks in NWOTSW
iiCriminnaaL 4,404
Replying a 9 year old topic wouldn't make sense, but nvm. It was confirmed by R* that Jim was the bald biker. Best proof? Check his model's name on PC; 'm_y_jim' or something nearly close. EDIT: Lmao, I just realized how old really this topic is. TLaD wasn't even out on the PC back then, my bad. Sentinel Driver 6,154
Jim is a veteran biker Niko, well what kind of experience does he have with motorcycles? It's realistic to assume that not nearly as much as any of the bikers so how tf could a random inexperienced Niko ride better than a veteran biker? Jim's death makes no sense, it feels a bit unjustified but oh well, he's just a victim of the fact that GTA IV came before TLAD

Jim's death makes no sense, it feels a bit unjustified but oh well, he's just a victim of the fact that GTA IV came before TLAD Well before No Way On The Subway Niko already done a small handful of bike themed assassinations on Jason, Jayvon Simpson and Frankie Garone. He's obviously not quite as experienced since bikes aren't his main mode of transport, but he's competent enough to get the job done and display an intermediate level of skill..
