Try pressing and holding the respective button used to climb (triangle for PS3). Niko will automatically get onto the base and then it is left to the player to direct him upwards. Razor-Flash Posted February 16, 2009 Share Posted February 16, 2009 I'm on PS3 and I have the same problem, one of the free races on the MP mode requires you to use a ladder, bloody thing cost me alot of places I find if you sit about a yard/2 yards awa from it, stop still and press and hold triangle, he should get on there.
