Even my old pc can run LQ. thats whierd on 3 pc's i saw this was slow mine is 64VRAM other is 256VRAM and both are slow procesor, procesor and video card are needed too. I had a friend with 8 Gb of ram and only 128 Mb of video LOL. Then you go far from there and use a binoculars: you will see the fire, then, if you stop using them and pay atention you will see it too. So long distance is good and makes effects more reallistic. Mattatatta Posted December 12, 2009 Share Posted December 12, 2009 I was reluctant to make the change from NGE 1.4 to 1.5 but I finally did a few days back. WOW. I love how it all looks, its vastly improved and looks very realistic. I use MQ with very little lag and I have no video card whatsoever! I run a 1.9ghz Dual Core with 2Gb RAM using ATI radeon 3100 on-board graphics. I like how the fire and the smoke looks, aswell as sweet effects used in explosions.
