First one is Drive by. than Dodo Dildo (i think thats the name) , than bombs away , next is also race (Alloy Wheels Of Steel, i guess) and i don't remember name of the last one, but its on the same place as ''the fastest boat'' . But there is no such mission called Drive-by on GTA Vice city and The Fastest Boat is given in the Diaz mansion, I couldn't find any mission there so I couldn't complete it for you.
