It can't complete all the missions, nor will it update all the stats (such as Bullets Fired, People Killed, etc.), but its like SnP on demand. You can get it here. Which mission won't it complete?? Every mission/side task I've tried it passed.... I have not tried it on rampages or R3s..... it won't complete jumps or hidden packages but I believe it does everything else Note... I suck at playing on PC(I play on PS2)... so I leave Dems modified main.scm installed all the time only for doing SNP requests... it is very rare I put the original main.scm back in place... I should try going through the game and see how long it takes to complete the story using Dems timevault-- my guess is about 20 minutes. For those that haven't used timevault... you swap out a single game file... "main.scm" with Dems modified one.... start the game.... when you enter any mission marker, it will teleport you a few feet away (to keep you from triggering the next mission right away) and you get the mission passed message/music.... For vehicle sides (heli checkpoints for example), just get in the vehicle and you get the mission passed message/music (no teleport) Sorry Mark... thats alot to ask for.... hopefully the helpers will do it in parts for you.... Link: here Thats quite a large request, very few people will be willing to take it up. You should try to complete them yourself. Demarest's VC Code Tools will be of help. Maps are are also available for Hidden Packages, Rampages and Unique Jumps, just Google. You could always post a SnP request if you're having trouble with particular rampages or jumps.
