Please post more than just the title.

We don't need a War and Peace essay on the film, but at least give a couple of sentences of good and bad points and even throw in a rating if you want to, as long as you give some rationale.

I've been mainly watching Michael Douglas thrillers the past few weeks... just finished Fatal Attraction tonight, which might just be one of my favorite Douglas films now. Before that was Basic Instinct and A Perfect Murder, which were also very good.

I watched Sicario recently - it was a brilliant, tense piece of cinema. It felt as tense as a horror film but as real as a documentary. Benicio Del Toro definitely was the highlight of film and Roger Deakin's cinematography was as always excellent.

I watched The Bourne Supremacy and I need to finish The Bourne Ultimatum. I'd give Supremacy an 8/10. It was really good. I watched these a few years ago and forgot most of the events in all of the movies. I didn't really remember them that muhc.

The Martian. Excellent movie experience. I saw a late showing for it 2 days before Christmas and it was great. As weird as it sounds, I kind of want to make it my Christmas tradition.

Kingsman. That was an okay movie. The action scenes. The plot was pretty awesome but there was one thing I didn't like about the plot. 7/10

I didn't really like how Valentine used sim cards to make everyone go hostile on each other. I thought that was pretty stupid.

Of all the things that happen in it you think that's the stupidest? Kingsman is basically Spy Kids for grown ups.

I didn't think I would live to see the day Samuel L Jackson would play a nerdy bad guy.

OT: I just got done watching Alvin and the Chipmunks. I'll take the cartoon from my childhood over CGI any day. I would watch them on WatchCartoonsonline.com but it would just make me depressed thinking about how such a great time is over.

Knock Knock - With Keanu Reeves; wow this movie turned weird real quickly. Man must defend his penis from two physco sex deprived horny sexy drifters with daddy issues. You'd have to watch it, to weird to explain.

Is this The Guy?

I am watching The Martian right now. It's near the end and my ass is literally on the edge of my seat right now. Excellent movie.

PotC: On Stranger tide. I personally enjoyed it, I was glad that Knightly and Bloom weren't in it. I couldn't stand their characters romatic subplot, I can't stand romatic subplots in general.

Concussion 6/10. It wasn't so bad. I'm not religious and I didn't like the religious aspects in the movie. There was a lot about God in it which I didn't like. It was an okay movie. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

Rat Race. a good one but, like in most media, i kinda hate it when nobody wins and it all gets so exciting like what's going to happen next so you're just waiting for the conclusion and stuff.

The i hate the nobody winning part had no impact on my opinion on my movie, actually. i'm just that kinda guy who wants to see an actual movie where somebody actually wins something or a tv show where the main characters finally succeed at something. Rat Race was great and i loved Jon Lovitz and Rowan Atkinson. especially rowan's character. I had seen this a lot of times but when i was a kid i'd just stare at the TV to see movement and i didn't care about any story. re-watching movies you've seen a long time ago really makes you get the story better.

The last movie I saw was called "Johnny Got His Gun" which I watched after I saw Metallica's "One" music video which used both film and audio from the movie. I personally liked it, but there were a few moments that kill the seriousness of the characters situation for me.

Unbreakable. Not a bad movie, but it gets weird kinda fast

If you think that one is bad you should watch 'Irreversible' I did not watch it all. Truly some crazy sh*t.

Femme Fatale

Bitch Slap, an exploitation film...It has hot girls, nice tits, them getting wet(for no apparent reason), guns, violence, and of course the mandatory lesbian sex scene...Is the movie good? Nope, bad acting, bad script, and bad directing...But it's a dumb fun type of movie...

Hidden - Started out great but sucked miserably towards the very end. I was expecting some type of alien creature but that was not the case.

Mean Streets (1973) 7/10

It's an okay movie. I've watched it before but I didn't like it as much the second time watching it. I might watch the Bourne Identity now.

Robert Deniro is pretty damn good in that movie. but out of 70s mob flicks that arent godfather, i like Across 110th Street , The French Connection, Capone or thief (early 80s) the best

The Revenant. I liked this movie. It was pretty damn good now that I think of it. The action scenes were brutal, the environment was absolutely beautiful, story was good, it was drawn out and I thought some of it was boring, it was kind of too long,

the way the character Glass had to suffer after he was buried alive was pretty sad and you can feel his pain. He was attacked by a bear and that scene was extremely brutal. One of the soldiers in his group killed his son and he suffered a lot after his son died, he was left buried alive by Fitzgerald, they foreshadowed letting God take care of the revenge Glass wanted so at the end of the movie Glass didn't end up killing Fitzgerald. The Indians ended up scalping him instead. Glass saved an Indian when she was getting raped and at the end there was an Indian that might of been the same Indian that he freed and they didn't do anything to Glass.

I read that they filmed this movie in extremely freezing places and it was extremely difficult to film it and according to the crew, it was hell to film. 8/10

Watched Mad Max: Fury Road again with my dad and sister recently. f*cking love that movie. I'll probably go crazy when they release a trailer for the next one.

I finally got around to watching Mad Max: Fury Road. I'll start off by saying, I think it's the best Mad Max movie I've seen. And I love Road Warrior. I even think the first two acts of Beyond Thunderdome are amazing, followed by that uninteresting sleep inducing kids in the woods part.

Its definitely the most hopeful Mad Max movie. In Mad Max, he gets revenge, but he's still living in this sh*tty world without his family. In Road Warrior, he gets the people to safety, takes out Humongous, but still is left on his own. Pretty much the same for Thunderdome. But in Fury Road. He wins. He sees the good people get to a place where they can thrive, and live free. He leaves, because we know even with all that feel good stuff, he's still got his demons, he's still gotta go find the wreckage of his interceptor, and build it back up again. At the end of the day, it's a hopeful ending, but you know Max just wants to go out there and punish himself for his losses. For his family.

Obviously the main attraction of the movie is the action, and they really nailed the Road Warrior formula of jumping from car to car, and driving full speed with nothing in the way. This is the first action movie, I've seen in a long time. By that I mean, it's pure action. Like something out of the 80s. But with a modern emphasis on character depth.

Overall, we'll worth it, even with all the hype.

Vacation. It was an okay comedy. There were some extremely funny parts in it but most of the jokes didn't make me laugh out loud. 6/10
