Side missions and odd jobs (all listed in the 100% checklist) will keep you occupied for many hours. MP (multiplayer) is also a good diversion when not playing the single player. The girl sucking the lolly is called Lola. Although artwork exists of her she isn’t in the game, there have been many videos claiming this isn’t the case but they are fake.
