Stuck on misson: clean getaway

Hey guys, just like the thread title / description, I am stuck on the mission. I don't feel like reverting to an older patch, since that means all my mods gets messed up.

 

 

Could someone post a save game that is close to vlad missions or perhaps after you've killed vlad? I don't want 100%. I don't want main story line finished, I hope it can be as close to as the mission I am stuck with as possible.
