GTAIV How to Backup Save-Files in Vista ?

I am formatting my entire Hard Drive and making a backup of Save points of all games…

Now, I know it’s a little complex with GTAIV, as I belive I have to copy my windows live account info. + other stuff as well…

 

Please anybody could guide me – How many files to copy and from where AND after format what to do to again use my old save files without a prob.
