DidierSucks
Firefox cannot load this page only: www.wwnorton.com I've tried the procedures suggested in the ReadMe thread, and the internet seems unhelpful in solving this. It's this page only (and all pages on the site), and I can open it just fine on any other computer, and even the other computer in this house. I've also tried to see if it's my firewall, but it won't load with disabled firewalls either. So I'm rather confused, since this came on suddenly (about three weeks ago) and affects both internet explorer and firefox in the same manner. Thoughts? Thanks in advance
wolfie_smith
have you checked your hosts file (C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC\hosts) to make sure the site isn't listed in there?
bp2018
Nothing from norton works, should be well known by now. Anyway aside from the norton reference, try http://www.wwnorton.com/trade/ Do you have zone alarm firewall or any third party programs, are you the administrator of your pc, do you run any anti-spyware programs with immunise features. Just FYI disabling a firewall doesn't necessarily open it up. Edited February 11, 2009 by bp2018
