These including: Car Tail lights, Headlights, Traffic Lights, some Neonsign Billboards, Lamp posts (road-side), and several other light sources. Yes they morph, scale, fade just like the originals. Give it a try, you can still keep the original file (only 7kb) I'm going to explore more to see if this can be improved. They do replace the sirens as well. I've modded the same particle a few times, it's used VERY often in GTA IV. From the the city street signs, to the helicopter spot light. After another 30-40 minutes every vehicle was doing this randomly. I reverted back to the old coronas and it hasnt happened since...
