Cursed
I need to connect my Xbox 360 to the internet for Xbox Live. I was previously using ICS with a PC next to the Xbox, but I have since moved it and have another PC there which doesn't seem to want to work with ICS. My modem and wireless router are downstairs, and my Xbox and TV upstairs with my main PC, which is just out of reach of the ethernet cable. I don't want to run an ethernet cable round the house, or spend £60 on Microsoft's crappy wireless dildo (Why can't they just build it in like on the Wii, PSP...). I have a spare wireless router (A Netgear one). Is there any way of extending the network (Connecting my main router(Belkin), and spare router wirelessly) so that I can use the Ethernets on the back of the spare router? Or, any other ways of getting my Xbox on the internet? Or even making use of a USB Wireless Dongle.
