I was driving a patriot on top of the airport (don't ask me how I got there lol ), so and I'm admiring the view, take a look down on the street. What did I see? Only Patriots and Vapid Taxis were driving around. Hm it was a bit disturbing to see only 1 type of taxi and SUV. I've tried changing cargrp.dat, but there's no exact place for the Airport. Only airport workers, but they'd be driving inside the airport. I tried writing taxi, taxi2 and cabby to Jersey so I'd see more taxis at Star Junction, but I don't think the number of taxis would have increased... FakeJ66 Posted February 10, 2009 Share Posted February 10, 2009 i'm getting taxis the hole time because my ram is too less (1GB). so it just creates taxis the hole time. i'll make a screenshot if i'll see a loooooooong queue of taxis. one time one of the bridges in the game was full with taxis! I simply open up cargrp.dat with notepad and delete the vehicles what I don't want and add vehicles in (since I know all vehicles name). It's not that hard, but the problem is there's no area for airport. Yes there's airport workers but that stands for the vehicles driving inside the airport. But I didn't replace the model I just edited FRQ to 40 and MAXNUM to 999 ,and added ext_taxi+ext_requi flags of ROM in vehicles.ide and added ROM into # POPCYCLE_GROUP_TAXI of cargrp.dat 4 different kinds of taxis in Liberty City! Rob.Zombie Posted February 16, 2009 Author Share Posted February 16, 2009 (edited) I've figured out if I get inside the airport (where planes are located) and then get back to street (at the airport of course) only 2 kinds of car models will spawn and one of the will be the taxi. I had only patriots and taxi1 on the streets, and once I had buses and taxi2s at the second. Now there are too many taxis around :\ I mean I want only the 80% to be taxi.
