VC speeder script

Ok, I've already tried to make this myself but unfortunately I'm not so good at VC mission coding sad.gif

 

I want to create a script for Vice City which:

 

1. checks if player is not on a mission and is driving a vehicle

2. checks the speed of the player's vehicle

3. if the speed is over 90 km/h, a wanted level (1 star) is added

4. if player reduces speed the wanted level is removed

5. if the player doesn't reduce speed or even speeds up to 120 km/h - one more star is added

 

Please help me and explain how to perform this rolleyes.gif

I believe this is very easy for the professionals but I'm not good at opcodes and Vice City coding. So, please, I need your help! colgate.gif
