AV Input in my PC

I recently bought myself a NEC Powrmate X 9360.

 

There is a panel on the front with all you usual Card readerrs, USB etc. But there is also AV Input. Im just curious as to how i can get them to work with a Game system or something of that sort. I tried to use my mates Phone with his AV Adapter but just plugging them in did nothing. Im guessing there is some program i need or something like that. I also had a quick look through Media Center but i couldnt find any options relating to AV Inputs.

 

It's running Vista Home Premium with Windows Media Center.
