It a blue van, and you can find them during the missions "Van Heist" (Joey Leone), "Escort Service" (Donald Love), or "Decoy" (Donald Love). Apart from that, they're hard to find. chapapote Posted February 8, 2009 Share Posted February 8, 2009 I've heard they spawn quite a lot around Chinatown, but I don't think anyone would try to get a car there ("Somebody call a medic"). Try around Staunton Island, they usually spawn there. I have also heard they often spawn around Aspatria too (again, not sure). Take a good close look at what the securicar reads on the side and rear panels: "GROUP SEX" You'll find them occaisionally going up and down the bridge from staunton to portland, occaisionally around torrington and the stadium, and MOSTLY around the construction site in staunton. i dont know what the f*ck it is about the construction site, but it attracts alot of hard to find vehicles. I always do that so that I can get the ice cream van, takes quite a long time till you will eventually find the certain car or van you are looking for, but it's worth it instead of scanning through the whole city to find it.
