Ryan Posted February 8, 2009 Share Posted February 8, 2009 Try this. Close the Uninstall Wizard completley. Once you've done that go into the Control Panel and then go to "Add or Remove Programs". After a few moments you get a list of programs. Find Vice City and then click remove. I'm not 100% sure it will work with Vice City however ti's worth a try. I encountered the exact same problem with San Andreas and thats how I fixed it. Hopefully it works for you. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
