Multiplayer freezing on loading

Hi

 

I've got an annoying problem with my mutiplayer on GTAIV PC.

 

When I choose any game from the online list the game starts to load it endlesly... the cpu also goes wild with 100% usage. I've tryed to find the anwser to this problem... no results... Can anyone help me?

 

I'm on Windows XP SP3, 3gb ram, 8800GT, athlon x2 5600+
