Ilovevicecity324 Posted February 7, 2009 Share Posted February 7, 2009 Ok, I don't know if this is from using cheat codes, which I have done, but like here's whats going on. Right now, I have finished all of the RC Toyz missions, All of the storyline missions, I've collected all 100 hidden packages, and have completed all 20 jumps, I've also done all of the offroad missions. So right now that makes me at 66% done with the game, but here's the thing. I started doing these "rampages"- I've already have 9 of those complete, so for some reason, after completing 9 rampages, I am still at 66%??? I mean, you would think that after doing 9 rampages, I'd at least be at 68 or 69% by now, but I'm still stuck at 66% from when I started doing the rampages, is this a glitch? radioman Posted February 7, 2009 Share Posted February 7, 2009 chapapote is correct, but to add about the rampages, I don't think your percentage increases until ALL of them are done. and also, the Emergency Vehicle crane in Portand Harbor behind the Export Garage. Hope this helps. Just a heads up, the cheats do not affect the game's progress, except for Peds Riot, which can make certain story missions impossible/un-passable. Don't they stop you from getting to 100%? Or is that only in later versions of GTA? I've always thought that using cheats will prevent you from getting 100% on all GTA games. Is this not the case? Nope. Only certain cheats can do it. I've completed gta 3 many times and even reached 100% once, but never knew - what exactly cheats do preventing you from getting 100%? chapapote Posted February 9, 2009 Share Posted February 9, 2009 (edited) Good luck with Paramedic with hateful gangs. The best way is by far on Portland before you annoyed any of the gangs. If you have completed all of the story missions you have no other choice but trying it on Staunton Island, which it's a pain because both the Yardies and the Cartel will shoot at you, and the latter will now carry AKs. Cheats like peds riot prevent taxi missions because the fares are rioting and attacking each other thus not getting the chance to enter the taxi. No cheats prevent you from reaching 100%, although as Flesh-n-Bone said certain cheats may prevent you from achieving certain tasks required for 100%. It's similar to SA where activating the Peds Riot cheat caused the infamous Madd Dogg glitch where Madd Dogg to fall before you could rescue him.
