gtasearcher Posted February 7, 2009 Share Posted February 7, 2009 So, I just restarted my game... Now, I used the 1.0.2.0 patch so I can set my settings to be able to get a better fps. I'm also using the XLiveLess 0.94 patch, but I don't think that's the problem either. In my stats it says that Roman 100% likes and respects me. I've completed Romans first mission set (from The Cousins Bellic to Jamaican Heat), and have not done any other missions whatsoever (tought I killed 7 pigeons and did 5 jumps, and completed 2 random encounters with Brian). Now, problem is, I tried alot calling Roman, but it seems he doesn't respond (only the robot comes: Ladies, this is Roman Bellic, but I guess you already knew that. Leave a message). Why I tried calling him is because he doesn't call me to unlock the Car Service special ability. Once I drove a Mr. Tasty (Ice Cream truck) and Roman called, but I imidiatly smashed into a fence and fallen throught the van's window. It said "Roman ". What's the problem? Is my game bugged now and I have to start over? You should be able to get it when you reah to a certain part of the story line when he opens a new and better taxi depot. If I helped, help me too by clicking on the url in my sig. Also, the taxi service ain't that important, sooner or later the fare you pay for a normal taxi will be nothhing to you. I barely even used Roman's taxi service thing.
