Glumok
I wonder if there is a way to create a command (press a key) to create lightning and thunder on demand ? I do love to create stories in GTA IV. The lightning and thunder gives a good ambiance but happens only from time to time. And they do the same even in a replay (if you record a replay with a lighting, it will not be in the replay editor, it will act like in game and be generated aleatory in the time). Sorry if it's not ultra clear and thanks in advance! I'm almost sure it is not possible but I've got to ask anyway, to be sure.
ikt
So you mean that the thunder isn't recordable, even in the video editor? When there is thunder in example 1:12 ingame, you record that in the editor and there isn't?

Yea, although the weather will be the same so you may see a lightning strike some time in the clip but not necessarily at the time it happened when you were recording. It also seems to change each time you play the clip, even rewinding and playing again while it's loaded will not play the same strikes. I'm interested in this too. I guess they're right, lightning never strikes in the same place more than once.

That's smart I'm happy to see I'm not the only one interested in a way to control the lightnings (in the game, not in real life, huh).
