john88z Posted February 7, 2009 Share Posted February 7, 2009 Ive had this idea for a while, Ive never really modded any gta and if someone could piont me in the right direction i think it would be pretty cool mod/tweak. Anyway, what it is is is editing the power of a fire hydrant, so that when you break it and the water shoots out; making it so instead of just falling down, you fly up for comical effects.
