rampage! Posted February 7, 2009 Share Posted February 7, 2009 If this has been mentioned before I'm sorry but I didn't feel like searching through tons of threads. So I was replaying for the upteenth time and had just done the side mission for Real Badman. I failed and got mad, being near death I phoned 911 for an ambulance. I let him heal me then shot him to get the money back. Then I noticed the crowds of people screaming and running and decided to chase and shoot them on my bike. When I finally got 2 stars (after killing about 20 people which was odd), I tried to outrun the cops. Two cop cars pinned by bike in between them, so I jumped over one of the cars and ran for a bit. Just as I neared the edge of the wanted circle, I look up and a bald black man in a black business suit jumped on top of me from the building with a VIG insurance billboard (or sign - it happened really fast). As he jumped he yelled, "I GOT YOUR ASS COVERED!" He pinned me and I got arrested. This never happened to me before. It made me laugh and freaked me out at the same time. I love this game. First of all, since when did insurance companies start to cover people in criminal aspects? And then we come to the weirder part. As he jumped he yelled, "I GOT YOUR ASS COVERED!" He pinned me and I got arrested. Sounds like he jumed right ontop of you ( ), and then you got arrested. Meaning that he was a cop? Plus, the cops do say "I got your ass covered" to their partners. And isn't it car insurance, not cop insurance? lol. Also, this little c*ntnugget disappeared - how long would you stay away from the boards if you were telling the truth in this post? You would not even leave the thread. He is teh LIARZ! lol. IT'S HAXXXXX! lol. However, I would feel really really bad if next time I played this happened lol. I only had two stars, so it wasn't like the army was after me or anything. Maybe Niko just didn't have enough time to get up after being jumped on. But the billboard was right there, I'm telling you. The black and white one. And the character didsay that. I'd also like to mention I don't have a lot of free time, having a full-time 40-hour-plus job and all. Besides, I just found this place.
