Animalx Posted February 6, 2009 Share Posted February 6, 2009 Ive noticed that the top 10 on ps3 online rankings all have around or under 10 games played but all have a ranking of 9 or 10. Someone told me he doesn't play anymore ranked games because that glitch happened making him the top player and he is afraid it will go away. I don't know if that's true but if it happened to me I would to the same. My thoughts are he either is: 1. A R* employee 2. A hacker 3. Yea there are quite a few players with high ranks who play like crap tbh.. guess they all have found / exploited this glitch/ stat padding method. I was in a match unfortunatley with AA on which I hadn't noticed until the last second because they changed it and there was a guy who ran around stealing everyone kills because AA was on and it's easier to steal kills. NOOSE is kind of ridiculous. You get 3 types of games. 1) All n00bs, everybody wants to drive and not use the helicopter, etc. 2) All griefers, people detonating grenades in the chopper, killing Petrovic, etc. 3) Real games, where you are likely to get kicked from the lobby because the other 2 people don't know you. I play NOOSE about once a week, in hopes I get a decent enough team to beat the R* time. I manage to get the chopper in time, but people are idiots, so I end up griefing out of hatred. You can get $4500 in about 30 seconds. If you're cheating that is. The record on PC is like 22 seconds. I played today and I didn't know the guys were cheating. They pull up to me and say get in. Enter a custom GTA Race w/16 slots reserved, enter your 'real' account and a second 'sacrificial' account...then Spawn Kill the 'sacrificial' account til the cows come home... This method could get you to rank 9 in one sitting...2 sittings to get to 10...provided you don't mind being bored out of your friggin mind. For other game modes, not sure how you would get by the time/score limits. EDIT: @post below... A very, very long time!
