LOADING... freezes

I didn't have this problem before the patch, but before the patch I had nil textures so it's hard to complain.

 

Often missions get stuck on the LOADING... black screen. Alt tab useless. However it is only on one mission that every single time GTA freezes; the bank robbery. Every time. This sucks.

This is quite random actually and frustrating indeed. All you can do is keep trying. As a first step measure, try turning off VSync from the graphics options. It has helped me in getting past the loading screen much faster than normal.

If that doesn't help, then try fiddling with your commandline.txt file. You can also try getting rid of it temporarily and see if the mission loads.
