I'm more than sure that character switching, heist possibly and the FPS view will all make it into the next game some way.

 

I can see a story about brothers being the thing and a train/bank robbery is almost essential for a well rounded story set in the old west.

 

The FPS view will be there either way though because everyone seemed to like it in V.

on game developing bases: GTA IV made it to RDR, RDR made it to MP3, MP3 and RDR made it to GTA V. it's the classic R* way of things, they just put all the good stuff they made so far into a project + of course they bring us something new and further polish the mechanics from genius to more genius to awww yisssss.

 

they do this every time they release a game, that's why I like 'em so much!

I hope they dont take away any features from RD2 because that game was was perfect. Just improve animations, map size, and weapons

Dedicated third person view with amazing character animations and physics, just like Red Dead Redemption. Just do one thing and one playable character and make it f*cking amazing. Which it will be.

Gta 5 has way too much going on, they didn't dedicate all their time to making one thing perfect like they used to. They dedicated their time to making many things of average quality (first person view, three playable characters). And yes it is average quality! Red Dead Redemption has better physics and character animations than Gta V on Playstation Four.

Remember, quality, not quantity.

yo, It's safe to assume the next Red Dead title is absolutely in the making, right?! in light of people saying that if R* were to release the game in 2015 they would have shown/announced it by now, it had me thinking - what could/would/should they show us? just how sweet it would be if they posted a trailer for the game out of the blue...like, suddenly on the newswire there's the first announcement trailer - PENG PENG!

 

they must be pretty far into the process and I guess they could totally edit together an amazing trailer to show off what they've got in store.

I'm at a lose of what to do on the Curious Tales Mission,i can't find where to find Seth in New Austin and Nigel West Dickens in New Austin,i'm presuming that is the end of that Mission when i find them.Any help will be very grateful.

 

 

Edit: I have found them both and now have to clear 3 Graveyards which by the looks of it is Mission 3 yet my Stats say i have only done 1 Mission.

Does changing into a Zombie mean i have finished the Story as my Journal says i've only completed 4 and Love in the Time of Plague/American Imperialism/A Civilized Man/On a Pale Horse do not show up as done?

Also i have a Undead Nightmare still open in my Journal/Survivors but all the Objectives say it is done,do i have something i still need to do as i've had Undead bits as loot off Zombies?Thanks in advance.

I think I prefer having unknown or less famous Actors/Actresses, it feels like the characters lose their originality. For example when Tenpenny in SA talks you think of Samuel L Jackson and that distracts you from the character Rockstar are trying to portray, I believe.

I totally get what you're saying but I have to disagree. Tenpenny is a great example really, because it's simply a voice/face you can relate to, since it's sam jackson and you know the dude - and he does what he does, give a great performance, get into character and portray what R* wanted Tenpenny to be, a corrupt cop who thinks he's untouchable. a good actor, like sam jackson, di caprio, gary oldman or many others, they hold up that magic and you don't even think "it's the actor xy". at least I don't and in my opinion a known voice/face doesn't take away from the depth of a video game character, it rather underlines it.

I was watching how I met your mother the other night and ted and marshall did this thing where they smoked weed played one of their favourite cd's while watching one of their favourite movies just to see what would happen !

 

i'm going to do this with red dead redemption and the K dst radio station from san andreas ! I'm going to sync the volumes though I don't want one to over power the other I want to see if they mix well and see if both vibes suit each other and I think they will

 

EDIT: I don't think rod stuart ''young hearts be free'' will work, I don't think that'll suit red dead at all.... im pretty sure that songs on k dst.......... the rest should be fine though

Whoever says gtav is better than masterful red dead redemption is f*cking stupid. Red Dead Redemption for me is the best game ever made alongside Bully and it shows that games this generation (PS3, 360) can still be amongst the best games in videogame history.
