Listen man, I understand you might be a little pissed about being too young to go see it at the cinema, but don't get pissed off at other people for talking about it.

 

Besides, if you really want to see it go download it off of Pirate Bay, then you don't need to pay anything or go anywhere.

I've been wondering, what season does RDR take place it? I want to say autumn but I'm not sure...

According to R* the whole first part of the game takes place across a number of months. So I'd say that it actually takes place during a number of seasons, most likely Spring and Summer from what I've seen in game.

I just bought this game..can't believe I passed up on it all this time..I was busy with GTA IV and TBOGT!

 

Looks like a lot of fun though and I got it for a cheap price (£18)

 

That should tide me over til GTA V

Just act harder than you really are. I always lie my ass off and win money. All I know in Poker is pairs, and getting consecutive cards (straight). Worse comes to worse, kill every f*cker at that table and get your money back.

So I just finished RDR again. First game I've finished on 360 and PS3. smile.gif

 

Though something strange happened. When John was in the barn just before he died Jack was stuck in the barn even though he rode off with Abigail. mercie_blink.gif

 

Overall if I had to be honest I found the PS3 version (the one I just finished) slightly more buggy than the 360 version. Still it was awesome playing this game again and "Dead Man's Gun" playing the final curtain call. icon14.gif

 

Might play some Undead Nightmare now. biggrin.gif

Yep, I had that bug too.(You're playing on PS3 right?) It happened on my two playthroughs. I even got a train bug (the red train stops near MacFarlane Ranch and stays there forever). I'm glad they're all fixed on my third playthrough smile.gif

This has happened to me once. You should try getting a vacuum and putting it on it's lowest settings, and suck out the dust from your PS3.

 

Also, depending on how long you've had the game installed - from my experience uninstalling it and reinstalling it seems to improve performance and fix any reoccurring bugs you were encountering.

I wish I didn't need to buy the game of the year edition just because to play on hardcore mode.

Anyone think it's worth it?

The only house I can think of is ridgewood farm in new Austin, a few missions take place there

 

But you say in Mexico. The only place I can think of with2 floor an sleeping people would be law hermanes and Casa madrugada (monestary and brothel)

 

Keep playing and I'm sure you'll come across it again - there is no parrot the map I haven't travelled on but haven't played it since Christmas (been playing the vote that is assassins creed 3 and if I touch rdr it'll kill ACIII)

 

Oh and that train glitch is still there. It's not fixed.

As an immersive player I often take the train from armadillo to black water or vice versa, and that bug f*cks that up big time. The game gets confused!

The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing.

ps3 here, and I'd be up for some MP with ya. i actually never played much MP in this game, despite hearing so many great things about it, but every time i tried to get going in it i would just get mowed down by other players as i tried to make an escape on my mule. was no bueno.

Yeah Armadillo is probably my favourite. Blackwater always feels a bit empty.

Hi !

 

I'm asking myself the same question and I'm frustrated that this mode is not available as a free DLC . It would be nice for the people who bought the game early and downloaded DLC's .

 

So , I think the mode is worth playing but not worth spending money for games and extensions you already have . Maybe if we are a few to ask , they will consider update the title or bring the mode on XBL or PSN .

That only happens to me in Blackwater, almost every time.

No problem. It started yesterday and it ends on Sunday (it's in conjunction with the triple XP weekend for Max Payne 3).

 

There's been a few of us from GTAF who have been playing a lot of multiplayer for RDR recently (myself, papanesta, Kyle17, JesseHope40, Don Garcia, meta187).

 

It's a really nice way to take a break from other games.
