The user will be banned. Do you know that you can't kick (not ban) in ranked matches? And I doubt that people do the same unless they saw he's cheating. Thats not that much to ask..... is it? the "ultimate graphics tweak" sticky can give you those smooth shadows. and farclip 3000 gave me better performance. have you tried them? Yeah and please tell me with a number how many games you have been in where enough people do this to get the cheater kicked. You also think everyone is going to kick a player just because you said that player is cheating? How do other players know you aren't just trying to kick said player because they killed you, annoyed you, etc.? Most cheaters know when they are getting close to being kicked. They simply leave the game and come back. They can also make another name. In races I've seen the same user enter in the middle of the race, spawn a pile of busses on the course and leave before anyone has a chance to even kick them. Wouldn't it have to render thee extra 3000 and your view distance as well? We are about due for a patch. Think about it, its been 43 days starting from patch one to patch two. To this day its been 52 days. Patch two messed up some things so patch three should take a little longer to fix those issues and add some more fixes. All in good time, we will get our patch. The thing is that most people dont try to kick people and just continue playing, it does piss me off when i ask people to help kick a player and they say "how do i kick" its Annoying!! Hopefully patch 1.3 will fix the memory leaks and add anti cheat, although i dont believe what your guy is saying is true... if it was he should take a screen shot and blank out any personal details Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Instead of calling random people "newbs" you should know that kicking people from Ranked matches is not possible, and the cheaters will remain at the top of the leaderboards, now, next time you want to post something, think. However, the more people that learn how to kick the more chances there are for cheaters to get kicked. As someone who did not know how to kick people from the multiplayer lobbies I can tell you it was frustrating. I had to ask so many times before someone didn't give me a smart ass answer. Now that I know how I can help kick cheaters from the game lobbies. In short, take a minute and tell people how to kick. Because if they don't know how to kick, how can they be expected to do it? Dungeoncrawler Posted March 21, 2009 Share Posted March 21, 2009 Well, unfortunately we are in bad financial/economic times. I wouldn't expect a patch for at least a couple more months minimum. Being a pc gamer, we are not seeing gpu drivers spit-out as frequently as a few months back either. New game releases are being pushed back because there is just no free money to be had. If the current state of this game is bad for anyone, time to shelve it and move onto something else until a patch is deployed in a couple of months. ps.
