I know in the common/data/vehicles.ide there is a setting for that. (wow what an ass sentence) I found it funny that I drove my PMP all around Liberty City and when I got from the airport to the 3rd Island's docks my car was so dirty like I just came from the Desert. Don't tell me to wash my car , I like this car being dirty but I think it gets dirty in a short amount of time.
