Main Crimes: Drugs and Prostitution, Rape, Murder, Arsen... the usual.

Gang Bio: Their main interest is in keeping San Antonio (or GTA equivalent) for the residents. They have little organisation, but the sheer number of them and hold over the sprawling city keeps them in power. The police and government have pretty much given up on San Antonio (or GTA equivalent) and its inhabitants, and so there is pretty much no law except, so the city isn't that appealing to the mafia etc.

 

The law that is kept though is keeping outside gangs out of the city. This law is kept by the people themselves, killing or forcing out anyone who mess with such gangs. The city is a hopeless pit of crime, but in a strange way a multi-cultural utopia.

I am sorry but I don't think this gang belongs to GTA games, because all Skinheads and other subgroups (Punks, Hippies, etc) in that time (through 70s and 80s) were based on street fighting, not guns. We all know for famous fights between Punks and Skinheads. They use everything in fights (baseball bats, knives, sticks, metal pipes, etc), but never guns. But if that gang will be base only on fighting (like Avening Angels and Liberty City Bikers in GTA LCS) that would be great. But if they put Skinheads in game, they should put Punks too.
