Commandline.txt

My problem is that i think that command line doesn't work for me.maybe i do somethng wrong or it doesn't support original game maybe someone can upload his commandline settings.Please help.btw my game works very fine but after few minutes when on mission Fps falls horribly.

Please include the following information when describing your issue:

 

  • Where exactly in the game you experienced the issue (start screen, while playing the game, etc.)

What version of the game you have (retail, steam, other online store)

What is your OS

Benchmark info or DxDiag is also helpful

12) COMMAND LINE PARAMETERS

Tools:

-benchmark: Runs the benchmark tool and immediately exits game.

-help: Display list of all command line options

 

Graphics:

-renderquality: Set the render quality of the game. (0-4)

-shadowdensity: Set the shadow density of the game. (0-16)

-texturequality: Set the texture quality of the game. (0-2)

-viewdistance: Set the view distance of the game (0-99)

-detailquality: Set the detail quality of the game. (0-99)

-novblank: Disable wait for vblank (No Vsync)

-norestrictions: Do not limit graphics settings

-width: Set width of main render window (default is 800)

-height: Set height of main render window (default is 600)

-safemode: Run the graphics in the lowest setting possible

-frameLimit: Limit frame to interval of refresh rate

(ex If refreshrate is 60HZ –frameLimit 1 = Locks down to 60HZ)

-refreshrate: Set the refresh rate of main render window

– Warning - Monitor must support (ex. –refreshrate 60)

-fullscreen: Force fullscreen mode

-windowed: Force windowed mode

-availablevidmem: Set amount of physical Video Memory(ex. –availablevidmem 0.9)

-percentvidmem: Percentage of video memory to make available to GTA

 

Audio:

-fullspecaudio: Force high-end CPU audio footprint

-minspecaudio: Force low-end CPU audio footprint

 

System:

-noprecache: Disable precache of resources

-nomemrestrict: Disable memory restrictions

http://www.rockstargames.com/support/IV/PC/patch/index.html for newer ones as rockstar explaind to me in another post .. you need to create the file yourself right click> new>txtdocument

then name it commandline checking it has the .txt at the end one its made

The problem is that i have about 31-39 fps while not on mission.FPS falls happens to me only after one-two missions.it is playable but I would like to experience some more fps.

 

my PC components are

 

Nvidia 9500GT (bought 2 days ago)

Windows XP Service Pack 3

Motherboard Gigabyte GA-M61SME-S2 v2

Procesor TDualCore AMD Athlon 64 X2, 2100 MHz (10.5 x 200) 4000+

 

 

I have bought my game on Ebay.
