.net framework 3.5 installation...

Ok, at first, it doesn't have troubles, and gets to 10 mb. But once it gets there, it goes back to 4mb.

So I restart the installation a couple times, same thing.

Then I download a new .exe, same thing.

And then, it jumps spontaneously to 55 mb. It gets to 62. Guess what?

Jumps back to 57.

Is this normal in any way, shape, or form?

Oh, and this is for GTA 4 on XP 64-bit.

UPDATE:

It managed to pull through and everything is quite peachy.

Someone can lock this thread.
