p7ast1k
Thank you Rockstar The game is running with much less stutter so far. It's still not completely gone, but it's much improved and dynamic shadows are working too
The_Caretaker
- Where is anti-aliasing? - Where is ansitropic filtering - Where is SLI support what a f*cking joke, i'm still not gonna buy this game lol (yes I have SLI, even CoD2 has f*cking SLI)
Drunk Russian 9
My audio is horrible for some reason, it's skipping and scratching. I tried -minspecaudio, and I tried changing the stereo to headphones, but no luck. Help pls?
FireItUp
The only thing I really wanted was anti-cheat and I'm not seeing any. They should make it so peoples games crash if they try to mod it, that'll teach em.
chngdman
Runs way smoother, stuttering gone. Controls feel better. Same here, and confirmed: My computers work in [email protected] Now, as for ZFIGHTING - it isnt ZFIGHTING AT ALL!!! It is x1xxxx series ATI cards limitation on texture resolution for those shadows! I can create 'Zfighting' in my 3850 by using the new low shadow settings. Setting my game up just as it was before the patch, runs better! THANKS ROCKSTAR IN MY CASE AT LEAST!!!! Raythemovie
IF THE GAME IS MADE FOR FUTURE EQUIPMENT LIKE YOU SAID THEN f*ckING INCLUDE SLI SUPPORT FOR THE GTX 295 YOU MORONS. For f*cks sake. They keep fixing irrelevant sh*t.

Cylon
This patch ROCKS. Game is WAY smoother, basically I don't get any lag anymore at higher settings than I had before. Bear in mind that I've got a quite slow C2D at 2.4GHz. Seriously I just can't believe it. Definitely try it out.

Hydro_PT
This patch seems to fix some good issues. Downloading and installing it right now. I hope it makes my game run better, although I don't complain, I run GTA IV pretty good. But when it's raining or I turn the lights on during the day, I notice that FPS drop a little too much. Other than that, I have no problems, just a random crash once in a while. I like how they added the new graphics settings and how they added new controllers. I may now try to race online with my Logitech MOMO Force Feedback Racing Wheel, see how good it is. I'll report here any improvements.

nvr2fst
The variable speed on gamepad adds a lot. Now you can just "Cruise " the sidewalks. The brakes are variable too. This might make for some more possibilities for people making videos.
