Actually the human eye has been documented to see 120-150 fps, the typical average individual. But i'm not average i have a I7 Wow. Your scrawny eyes cant see differences between 60 and 200. My game runs like sh*t. Only 23 fps average. But atleast is it the C*'s faults with their bad optimized skills. Mines runs more sh*ttier then yours i got only 21.70 fps average but maybe its because i turned texturequality to medium. my fps drops when i have car damage this sucks then it goes with medium textures to like 17 fps thats not cool.... WHY HAS THE CAR DAMAGE SUCH A BIG PERFORMANCE ISSUE?
