NEW super SYSTEM very BAD RESULTS need assistance

Your still missing the point. Look logically i would agree with you it's gpu limited i would totally agree with you, but i'm looking at all the other benchmarks and i'm getting very low performance and i'm also looking at gta san andreas a game USE TO PERFORM good and i'm getting lower performance. What part of that do you have trouble with? Now let's get crazy, MAYBE the VRAM is failing on the card could make sense? maybe but that's just getting a bit crazy since i haven't had any crashes in lot's of other games. It just doesn't make sense.

 

Please i would like to hear your explanation to things i mentioned above. especially where it's been documented that a 9800 gt and a gtx280 give about 5 - 7 fps more while the cpu shows the biggest impact. Please elaborate, i would like to hear your answer to this.

im saying that new motherboar + brand new cpu + old quite a weak card is the problem

 

and 280 wouldn give just another 5-7 fps ...there r guys here with weaker cpu's and play it on 280 on max settings with better fps ...but when u 'need assistance' and just saying the same over and over again ... u really dont seeking for help. i tried , u dont listen so i really dont care ... for comparasion , im playing it on 16 months old pc , on as high settings as possible around 40 fps avarage ...so i know what im talking about

but as i said... u were asking where is the problem , by checking your pc compenents ..the problem is that u have a bad built rig. (the sh*tty performance under lowest settings just underlines it)

Are the links to the benchmarks that show people with the same video card as me get more fps and the tests with the people comparing high end videocards and proccesors not being displayed or something? and i already said i'm getting a gtx280, f*ck IT. i await the next 1 - 2 days and i will get the GTX 280 and IF I GET THE SAME sh*t PERFORMANCE I dare you to post a comment in my thread. are you ignorant to numbers or something? Let me explain to you "MY DEAR" a bad built rig is only built poorly towards the goal it was intended to do with out doing it. For example if i wanted to do heavy multi tasking then a high end GPU and a single core processor would be very poor choice. You get it?

 

In this case it has been recorded that the gpu barely shows much impact between the 9800 gt - gtx 280 but the processor shows the most ( IF YOU BOTHERED TO EVEN LOOK AT BENCHES I POSTED FROM OTHER USERS, BUT SINCE YOU KNOW IT ALL ) performance gain even with older generation video cards. Then That would mean that my processor for the program GTA 4 is actually in the RIGHT BUILD category.

 

Did you understand that? If there is something that your not getting which i am explaining to you feel free to ask and i will try again, nobody's here to flame you i got better things to do. But it seems you choose to NOT pay attention to the delicateness of the matter.

is the native resolution of your monitor really 1920? well your video card cant handle that resolution. you need to either lower some of the other settings, or lower your resolution. the difference between your scores and those other scores you are trying to match is that they use a resolution that is physically almost half the size that you are using. 800x600 in inches is 8x10.5inches. like the size of a sheet of white printer paper. 1280x1024 is 17x13.6 1920x1200 is 25.6x16 going from 800x600 to 1920 is an increase of 3x. 3x the ram, 3x the amount of gpu needed to process it. you need to be more realistic in what you are trying to achieve. the cpu plays a huge part, but the gpu and system ram do too. clearly in this case your video card just wont pass muster. no need for a flamewar. just lower the resolution or turn down the settings. my suggestion is bring the draw distance to a much lower number like 35 then play with the other sliders from there.

I'm not comparing 1920 x 1200 to there scores, i'm comparing the lower end resolution scores to there's , which is still way below.

 

EDIT: i came here for assistance but it seems nobody knows. Your option is for me to ignore it, i choose not to ignore a system deficiency, like i wouldn't ignore if my hard drive produces bad sectors and freeze skips. I guess that's just me so if there's somebody who might know please feel free to post =|

numbers ok : in your case , the only nuber that matters is the fps : you have weak fps on lowest settings, i have a great fps on max setting possible (setting that u cant even set with your card without commandline tweaking.) so why do u think should i care for your or other benches ?

I really don't want to get WINDOWS 7 because i mean it works on as it should on other peoples rigs with vista and xp and i already did format reinstall of 3 different os's I was wondering could you take a benchmark of 1920 x 1200 or 1600 x 1200 on all settings completly low and post your bench results for the ignorant people to finally see. I'm not yelling at nobody, but when i'm trying to explain to people the situation and there TELLING ME something wrong which i know is fact and i got lucky 2 other people can confirm what i'm saying. I've used 3 os'es Xp32 Xp64 my current and vista 64 same results. Keep in mind gta san andreas is also performing low, I can not figure out what is going on but i know my GTA IV is way low.

Your doing all this yelling a f this and f that. Hold on help me to understand. the bench mark shows the i7 as 8 threads as PIII xeon? And your using XP 64> Dont use that cpuz people can steal it. Not that it matters.

What do you mean people can steal it? You mean steal my cpu-z validation? i'm not really understanding YOUR confusion, but there is alot of confusion in this thread including mines. The more confusion the better i guess.
