MikeBoyd
Hi there, I brought this game from steam about 2 days ago, I installed it, took awhile with me having a poor internet connection at the moment. But once I had downloaded the game and I tried to open it, I got to the part where you click play on the white box in the bottem left hand side and once I clicked it, FU*KALL happens, I get a little box that flash's a few seconds after and then nothing happens atall, ive checked the windows task manager box and the only thing that comes up is and then after about 5 seconds its dissapears, does anyone know what the issue might be? All I want to do is play the game, i'm not evan botherd to play it online anymore, it's pis*ing me off now. Also is there anyone else that has got the same type of problem as me? Or has had the same one? And if anyone else has brough the game from steam and has had problems what were they? Because im sure this problem i've got is the first of many to come. Thanks for your time.
Ryan
Try reinstalling and see if that does anything. If it doesn't I don't know what to tell you.

Just annoys me the fact I paid for this with my own money and I carnt play the freggin' thing. I think they didn't really think about this game before releasing on to the pc format. floof
Similar things happened to me in San Andreas. I had to right click on my desktop, go to properties, then settings, then where the drop down box is Display and I switched to the unselected one. When I had it set to the other one I had problems like choppy scrolling and window dragging. This happened to me after I re-installed Windows. I know its a different game and all but might as well give it a shot. Has to do with the video card I think Edited January 23, 2009 by The Grove
