Alle090
Hello everyone.. I fell in love with the sound of the GPS woman saying "pim pom" (I think she says). I used Gta IV SparkIV and found the GPS sound file. But then I noticed the sound files wasn't a file type, its just a name. I tried to remname them to .wav, .mp3, .org and .wmv. But no success.. Does ANYONE know what file types the sounds files are?!?!?!?!? //Alle BTW: I did post in right forum right?

cold fusion 33
Well, the file types are .RPF's and as of yet, they haven't been cracked meaning we can't change/edit them. Rest assured, someone will work it out . CF33

Alle090
*BUMP* Really thanks for the tip with Audacity. I just imported the files as raw data, no settings changed. Now I already exported all the female voice from GPS. Again, really thanks!
Graven
Export gps.rpf Import as raw data in Audacity. Oddly all musical parts in gps.rpf play okay but the gps speech goes at about 2,5x speed. Used effect, change speed -74.0 to make it somewhat normal speed. That generated noise. Got rid of it with Noise removal tool. I wonder why the speech is like Alvin & the chipmunks?
