Dingdongs
Do you think there will be a boxed version? There are a lot of people, at least people I know, who are not connected to live, and I can see this being a hassle, I am actually not even hooked up to live and I have had this 360 since November, will be hooking up to it tommorow, but just speculation on my part, does anyone think they might port it to a disk? Though, Pros to porting it to a box: Easy for people to get it, No reason to spend the time D/LING it on Live Cons to porting it to a box: Needs to add some kind of software to make sure the buyer already has GTA IV save files in their Xbox, Also makes it possible to extract the files and make a PC mod of it. i like coffee enemas
If they do, I can't really see them doing it until after both episodes have been released. So if they do, it'll be a good few months wait.
GuruAskew
They've been very clear: it's an Xbox Live exclusive. Microsoft wants all your friends who don't have Xbox Live to get Xbox Live and this game will do a lot to get those people connected.

Pat
It's not entirely impossible to rule out the possibility of it being marketed on a pre-paid card, however. Just enter the voucher and boom, start downloading the package without spending any Microsoft points.

It will be on pre-paid cards, but that's still download only, you will only get a code that will let you download TLAD (plus a poster).
Germanviking86
I can confirm this by seeing a case for it at Gamestop.
