Also I pulled Little Jacob out of the car. He had speed & fighting ability like no other ped I have fought and I finished him off with a combo. Just wonder around the city killing cops etc and you will bump into them. Vlad was being chased near safehouse, cop was shouting it was illegal for him to carry a weapon. Any ideas on something free. FRAPS, it will save as a bitmap so you will need to convert it or just suffer the long upload times. Pressing Print Screen, then alt tabbing out and pasting the picture in MS Paint works too. Just have to do single shots at a time. I use the FRAPS effort myself then batch process the pics later. Hopefully someone else will confirm this. It definitely happened. Rather than me bothering to look for them again. The easiest character to find is Vlad as he is walking in South Broker. This happened to me like a million times, except it was Dwayne. I'd drop him off after having gotten drunk, go around the corner, and bump into someone who looked very similar to Dwayne.
